Dittany of Crete (Origanum dictamnus)

Dittany is the most precious of Crete’s natural plants, renowned for its healing properties. It is endemic to Crete and grows wild only on the island's mountainsides and gorges.

Tasting Notes:

A bouquet garni of fine herbs – oregano and thyme with a touch of sage and hints of fresh dill. Intensely aromatic on the nose that lingers pleasantly on the palate with a cleansing, savoury, aromatic finish.
